Being grateful

After you wake up there are many things you do to get there quickly. first being drop all negativity. negative self talk and negative loud talk. all thoughts create reality. Next is to be grateful every day.
I had an event to be grateful for. I met a woman while going to meet another woman whom I went home with for 5 days and had a bed to sleep in. I did a lot of therapies for her. She liked the tuning fork therapy the best. Look up soma energetics and read the energy vitality technique. That is included in my tuning fork therapy plus much much more.
